1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and hygienic liners intact.
- Sale items, final sale items, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:
- To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure its safe arrival. Isla 787 is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

5. Exchanges:
- If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please indicate this when contacting our customer support team.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

- For international returns, please follow the same process and adhere to the guidelines mentioned above. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
